The founder of Desaudio, who is also the creator of the Designer Home Audio luxury product category innovation and author of the book “Designer Hi-Fi and Home Cinema Speakers and Devices”, has created several exclusive patterns for Desaudio. They are especially created to fit on loudspeakers, and to harmonize with different interior design styles, with a seamless continuity, to accommodate the many different sizes and dimensions you find in loudspeakers. These are the first patterns offered in this luxury product category which the world has never seen before.

Several ready color combinations will be offered for each of the patterns. Clients can choose a pattern and color they like from those. Here you can see the readily colored patterns that are available now.

Each ready color set of a pattern will be offered in limited numbers, and each product set will be given a number, from 1, 2, 3 and onwards to the total number of sets that will be sold of that color set. Color sets offered in the first full year of Designer Home Audio, which is fall of 2021 to fall of 2022, will also carry the special “Anno 1” or “first year” mark.

Designer Home Audio is a stylistic innovation, a new luxury product segment based on harmony of the aesthetic surface design of home audio devices with known interior design styles. The world has not seen this before, and this disrupts the appearance of home audio devices in an approx. US$ 20 Billion market. Owning a piece that belongs to a numbered, limited edition color set of a pattern in the first year of the existence of the new product segment, created personally by the mastermind behind the segment, will make it more unique in the future, and possibly a collector’s item. That is especially true for the first items in the series, or items #1.

Enjoy your ownership of your numbered, limited edition ready colored pattern in various ways

What will the ready colored pattern be used for and how will you enjoy your numbered limited edition color combination of the Desaudio pattern you chose? You will be able to enjoy this in many ways.

The basic purpose of the pattern is to use it on loudspeaker covers in your room. The numbered item comes with the rights to have them realized on such covers, and the number and limited edition volume will be printed on. As the loudspeakers can be already owned by the client, or they may be obtained later on, and as loudspeaker come in many different sizes and proportions, and loudspeaker systems can be with a varied number of loudspeakers, then it will not be needed to realize the custom-colored pattern immediately. That can be implemented later.

But the readily colored pattern comes with additional items that make them enjoyable and even valuable as collectible items right away.

They can be enjoyed both in the digital realm, and as physical items.

Digital ownership: 3D mockup video, 3D rendering, augmented reality and more

3D rendered mockup images

You will receive digital images of the ready color set, with your item number and the total limited-edition volume on the pictures. It will also carry the special “Anno 1” or “first year” mark. These are 3D rendered mockup images on several combinations of loudspeakers. Those show some of your options as to what kind of loudspeakers to have covers made for. Those you can share on your social media channels.

3D rendered video

You will receive a 3D rendered mockup video, with your item number and the total limited-edition volume on the screen. It will also carry the special “Anno 1” or “first year” mark.This you can also upload and share on your social media channels.

AR – augmented reality

A 3D model is created with the ready color set that can be viewed in an augmented reality (AR) app. You can thus immediately place your newly acquired readily colored pattern into any setting and take a picture or record a video of it, and share with your friends, even if the actual covers for loudspeakers haven’t been made yet. * (This part is in effect as long as our AR model service partner is in business.)

3D for virtual social

You will receive 3D model files as well, so you can place the virtual loudspeaker with the readily colored pattern, into virtual social worlds where you may be active, such as Second Life or Habbo Hotel, Blue Mars, Twinity, or HiPiHi (China). The files you receive will be of four formats: .USDZ (for Apple iOS), .GLTF (for Android), .OBJ and .DAE. * (This part is in effect as long as our AR model service partner is in business.)

NFT

The readily colored pattern can be a non-fungible token, or NFT, minted on the Ethereum blockchain. By this, a unique digital asset has been created, which you could auction off or sell on the secondary market at a later date, if you desire to do so. (To receive and store your NFT asset, you need to have a crypto wallet, and know how to navigate the crypto environment).

Digital verification

You will also receive a digital verification of the work, issued by Verisart. (In order to receive this digital document, you will need to establish your account at Verisart, which is free).

Custom PDF version of the book

You will receive a customized PDF version of the book “Designer Hi-Fi and Home Cinema Speakers and Devices”, where a speaker mockup with the readily colored pattern is placed on the front page, and your item number and the total limited-edition volume is also placed on the front page. It will also carry the special “Anno 1” or “first year” mark.

Physical ownership: Loudspeaker covers, wall art and possibly other products

Loudspeaker covers

Your ownership of the numbered, limited edition ready colored pattern means that you have acquired the exclusive rights to have this color version of the pattern realized on loudspeaker covers. On the loudspeaker covers, your item number and the total limited-edition volume will also be printed. It will also carry the special “Anno 1” or “first year” mark.

The ability to make and deliver the printed covers is currently under development. So your enjoyment of the digital items above gives you the chance of owning a part of this start of a new luxury product segment, in a way that is enjoyable and even has collector’s value. The making of actual covers for loudspeakers will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Signed copy of the founder’s book

You will have the option of acquiring also a signed, printed copy of the book “Designer Hi-Fi and Home Cinema Speakers and Devices”, written by the founder of Desaudio and with a personal note from him to you. This is not offered automatically, because owning a printed copy of the book may not be desired by all clients, and thus it is not included automatically.

Other potential products

How about enjoying the readily colored, numbered limited edition pattern on other types of products? The idea is to offer customization of specially chosen products, where you could have your ready colored pattern on those. This could be products such as pillows, blankets, bags, shoes, jackets, watches, and even more. You will be the only one who has the possibility of getting the ready colored pattern with your item number and total limited-edition volume realized on these physical items, since you are the owner. This option will be further explored and introduced to pattern rights owners on a case-by-case basis, if and when that is applicable. In this option, the physical product would be custom made for just one client (one copy), customized with the design and coloring, number, year, and limited edition numbers, which this particular client has the rights too, so expect this to be more costly than buying a copy of a mass produced product. In other words, a unique, personalized product. This would not be an option to get a cheap extra product.
